KlimaEntLaster: Second Round for Mattersburg

The KlimaEntlaster project is in progress. After a winter break, the city of Mattersburg (BG) is taking off again with cargo bikes. On 15.05.2020, the city Mayor, Ms Ingrid Salamon, together with Mr Heinrich Dorner, Councillor for Transport, in a small ceremony, handed over the transport bikes to the four new cargo cyclists. As of last week, three transport bikes are available for free rental to the citizens of Mattersburg. For the city of Mattersburg, the KlimaEntLaster cargo bikes are another important contribution to CO2 reduction.

In the city of Amstetten, too, the municipality is ready to introduce the transport bikes to its citizens. Today the KlimaEntLaster survey starts among the citizens of Amstetten. On the basis of the survey, the KlimaEntLaster team will select the appropriate transport bikes for the city. We hope that there will also be many interested people who would like to become cargo cyclists.
