06 Jul KLIMAENTLASTER HEADQUARTERS to OPEN ON JULY 9
The KlimaEntlaster project entered the next round: On 9 July 2020, the KlimaEntlaster headquarters in the city of Amstetten (NÖ) will be officially opened. The KlimaEntLaster team has already selected the appropriate transport bikes for the city; these will be available from mid-July and can be borrowed from the platform https://www.klimaentlaster.at/fahrradleihe/. The three transport bikes will be officially handed over to the first cyclists at the opening ceremony. Afterwards, anyone interested can test-ride the transport bikes. In addition, NÖ-Regional and Energie- und Umweltberatung NÖ (eNu) will be on site to provide information about their efferts and activities on urban renewal processes and sustainable mobility.
In Mattersburg (BG), three transport bikes have been made available for private individuals, associations and businesses since September 2019. In Freistadt (OÖ), the KlimaEntLaster team is preparing a launch for cargo bike rentals for September 2020. All these initiatives make an important contribution to climate protection and CO2 reduction.
