The KlimaEntLaster project enables citizens to experience the e-transport bike as an everyday means of transport. The concept works and is successful. This is evidenced by the lending figures in the pilot communities and the great interest in becoming a bike lender. The fact that the project promotes climate-neutral mobility has now also been honoured by the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology.

The project has been nominated for the State Prize for Mobility in category 3 “Operating, Using, Learning” alongside two other projects. Whether the prize goes to KlimaEntLaster will be decided on 25 November 2021.
