On 28 April 2022, the KlimaEntLaster team eagerly awaited whether they had won the State Prize Mobility 2021. The KlimaEntLaster team had to be satisfied with the nomination. Nevertheless, it was a great success for the project that made transport bike sharing in small towns possible. The team continues to work on establishing transport bikes in more cities. The follow-up project is already off to a successful start. Wiener Neustadt is the second municipality in Austria, after Mattersburg, to offer a free transport bike sharing service around the clock thanks to the Smart Rental Box. Cities like Sankt Pölten, Neuhofen an der Krems, Wolfsberg and Stegersbach will follow.
