Transport bike-sharing works

Carvelo2.go is a nationwide Cargobike sharing offer in Switzerland. In the summer of 2019, the 300th eCargobike will be put into operation. In an interview, project manager Jonas Schmid from the Mobility Academy in Bern reveals the recipe for success of carvelo2go. Carvelo2.go works with hosts and a completely digitalized booking and payment system.

Cargobike sharing is not only available in Switzerland but also in over 60 German cities, as well as in some provincial capitals in Austria. The Climate Relief Team is therefore currently working on the implementation of a transport bike sharing system in smaller communities in Austria.
